Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Kryveon Pte Ltd, Singapore

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Kryveon Pte Ltd, a company in Singapore ("Kryveon", "we", "us"), and the business that signs up for Kryveon ("Customer", "you"). They cover the Kryveon app, kryveon.com and any related support (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, starting a free trial or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

1.The Service

Kryveon is a cloud-based platform for food and beverage businesses. It covers purchasing, vendors, inventory, recipes, daily sales, waste and related reporting. The modules you can use depend on your plan and any add-ons.

Features marked "Soon", "Planned" or "Roadmap" on kryveon.com or in the app show our current intentions, not a promise. Their timing and content may change, so please base your purchase on the features available today.

2.Accounts and users

  • The Service is for business use only. Users must be at least 18 years old, or allowed by their employer and local law to use it for work.
  • You decide who is invited, which outlets they can access and what role and approval level they hold. You are responsible for everything done through your company's accounts.
  • Each login is for one person. Keep passwords and two-factor authenticators private, and switch off accounts promptly when staff leave.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@kryveon.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.Free trial

New companies may get a 30-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription starts on the plan you chose, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If no payment method is set up, access may pause until you choose a plan. We may change or end trial offers for new sign-ups at any time.

4.Plans, fees and payment

  • Plans (currently Lite, Plus and Pro), add-ons and their prices are shown on kryveon.com and in the app. Prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
  • Some charges depend on usage or setup. These include one-time outlet activation fees, add-ons, and charges when your monthly transactions exceed your plan's included allowance. The app shows these before or as they apply.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By adding a payment method, you authorise us to charge it for all fees due.
  • If a payment fails, we will let you know. If it is not resolved within 14 days, we may suspend the Service until it is paid.
  • We may change prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, including for partly used periods, except where these Terms or the law say otherwise.

5.Your data

You own all the data you and your users put into Kryveon ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, and as you instruct.

For personal data in Customer Data, you are the organisation and we act as your data intermediary under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. We will protect it with reasonable security arrangements, use it only to provide the Service, and tell you without undue delay if a data breach affects it. You are responsible for having the right to collect and share the personal data you put into Kryveon. Our Privacy Policy explains more.

We may use aggregated, de-identified information about how the Service is used to run and improve it. This information never identifies you, your company or any individual.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to use;
  • try to access other customers' data, or to get around permissions, approval levels, plan limits or security controls;
  • test, scan or attack the Service's security without our written permission;
  • copy, resell or rent out the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • upload malware, or overload the Service with automated requests;
  • misuse Kryn, our support assistant, for example by trying to make it reveal information about the system or other customers.

7.Reports, calculations and Kryn

Kryveon produces figures such as stock values, recipe costs, vendor scores, waste and carbon estimates, sales closing totals and tax amounts. These depend on the data and settings you enter. They support your decisions but do not replace them.

Kryveon is not accounting, tax, legal or food safety advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance, including your tax filings, financial statements, food safety and regulatory obligations. Please check important figures before relying on them.

Kryn explains how Kryveon works. It is AI-based and may sometimes be wrong or incomplete, and it does not take actions in your account.

8.Availability, support and changes

  • We work to keep the Service available and reliable. Scheduled maintenance, events outside our control and problems with third-party providers may still cause interruptions. Unless agreed in writing, we do not promise a specific uptime level.
  • Support is provided by email at hello@kryveon.com, and in the app where your plan or add-ons include it.
  • We improve Kryveon regularly. We may change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

9.Third-party services

Kryveon may connect to other services, such as accounting software, point-of-sale systems, payment providers and document-reading services. Their own terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for them. If you switch on an integration, you authorise us to exchange the relevant data with that service.

10.Our intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, the Kryveon name and logo, and documentation. During your subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for your users to use the Service for your internal business. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the Service.

11.Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential any non-public information it receives from the other, use it only for this agreement, and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is already public, is received lawfully from someone else, or must be disclosed by law.

12.Cancellation, suspension and termination

  • You can cancel at any time in the app's billing settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these Terms (including non-payment) and do not fix the breach within 14 days of our notice. We may act immediately where needed to protect the Service or other customers.
  • After your subscription ends, you have 30 days to export your Customer Data. We then delete it, or make it anonymous, within a further 90 days, except copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups until those are overwritten.
  • Sections on fees owed, your data, confidentiality, liability and governing law continue after the agreement ends.

13.Disclaimer

Apart from what these Terms expressly say, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no other promises, including that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

14.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Each party's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, a breach of the Acceptable Use section, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

15.Your responsibility for claims

You will cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by third parties caused by Customer Data you had no right to use, or by your users breaching the Acceptable Use section.

16.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change significantly affects you, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change applies.

17.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Both parties will first try to settle any dispute in good faith by discussion. If that fails, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

18.General

  • These Terms, together with your order details and the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. A separate signed agreement takes priority where it says so.
  • If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a successor in a merger, acquisition or reorganisation.
  • Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • No one other than you and Kryveon has rights under these Terms.
